'In this video I have formulated a workout for you that focuses first on American Deadlifts and then finishes with a 15 min metabolic training workout. The workout is as follows: 3-5 sets of 6-8 reps of American Deadlift (rest 2 min in between sets) The heaviest weight you can do with good form for 6-8 reps.
